I took a coach session with Kseniya in 2021 and my request was to help with making a decision - stay in employment or move to a freelance/private entrepreneur business area. It was a tough and unclear choice for me.
Kseniya helped me to structure my thoughts, and to identify all risks and possibilities in both options. She helped me to analyze my fears, and create a strategy for a safe but effective decision-making process. She was always 100% involved and goal-oriented, which helps me to focus on my goals.
I am very grateful and think that I made the best choice to move to freelance, where I am now for 1,5 years already and quite successful as an independent international IT recruiter. It wasn't an obvious choice before our coach sessions, but after this time I can say it was one of the best life decisions, and I am very happy where I am.

I came to Kseniya in a state of near panic, what and how I would do after maternity. I did not want to go back to my old profession, the thought of an office job I did not love made me sad, and it was scary to "hang out" in maternity for a long time.
After 6 sessions with Kseniya as my career coach I stopped worrying, calmed down, gained confidence in my abilities and slowly started to act, I had a very definite plan and vision of myself after maternity leave, and I was surprised to discover many new things about myself. By the way, that was probably the most interesting and valuable thing about working with her: you seem to know and understand everything about yourself, and then a whole new horizon opens up to you.
Kseniya is a wonderful person and a great professional. I am very happy that I did not hesitate long and went to her for a consultation.

Kseniya provided me with priceless assistance. Not only did she put together my tattered and uncoordinated work experience into a tidy, easy-to-read resume, but she also gave me very useful advice on communicating with recruiters and presenting myself. Also a bunch of little tips between the lines.
As a result I formulated my career goals more clearly, started getting more responses from companies, and most importantly, became more confident in presenting myself at job interviews and discussing my previous experiences. Finally I got a job as a product manager in IT company.

Back in 2015 Ksenia helped me to write my resume correctly, and thanks to her work I was noticed by the HR of my dream company, where I am working now. I recommend her and confirm her effectiveness!

One question was enough to make me fundamentally reconsider my decision-making process. Now I will develop new habits.

I am working on my stock research, now I am preparing my first batch of illustrations to be uploaded there, I am drawing and keep learning. You have been a great help!

During the session I was able to look at my question from a different angle, take my mind off of internal fears and panic about changes in work and think about what values the change will bring and how I can enlarge the funnel of "Plan A" options to increase my chances of success.

Ksenia listened carefully and thoughtfully, asking clarifying questions and guiding the conversation. The answers all seemed to be in my mind a long time ago and seem too easy when you think about it, because you already know everything about yourself. But just saying it out loud to another adult makes you think, "What if there is anything else?" And this inner question just helps to push the boundaries of consciousness.
Ksenia was very welcoming and at the beginning of the session she gave a short briefing: we discussed what I expect from coaching and the session to be, discussed goals and what question I was interested in.
